i'm installing the 300Degree rails and upgraded injectors as i posted the other day...i was expecting the fuel line adaptor kit from Specialty Z yesterday when i started the plenum pull...for some reason, it did not arrive and we could not move forward with the install...they did not arrive today and i emailed Seb...this was a huge problem for me b/c my Z is a daily driver and i needed to have this job completed by the end of the weekend Seb called me in the evening saying they were shipped and should have arrived, but the tracking number indicated they did not arrive due to some problem...when i called Fedex, i found out that the package was ripped open and all the contents of the package were lost...when i told Seb this, he offered to overnight me another package on monday, so i would get it tuesday...he then suggested that i contact Kyle at Import Parts Pro b/c he sells their fuel line adaptor kit (and kyle is local to me in the houston area)...he asked me to try to get the kit from kyle if possible, and then Seb would take care of the situation with kyle personally... i emailed Kyle at IPP and told him of the situation and how i needed the kit ASAP...he called me within 30 mins saying he had it in stock...he went to his shop, picked it up, and actually drove to meet me up and give me the kit!...i met him up, we talked, and he just handed me the parts i needed w/o any questions, just knowing Seb would handle it...i mean, that is amazing...and all of this is happening on a saturday night! i want to thank Seb at Specialty Z and Kyle at IPP for going out of their way and to get me these parts...i mean, this is what you call outstanding customer service...i am VERY impressed with both vendors...had they not done this, i would have been waiting till tuesday for these parts...and it is a huge deal for me because my Z is a daily driver and i need to minimize the downtime...although fedex cost me 2 days of working on my car, SZ and IPP saved me 2 days b/c i got them tonite and can continue working on the Z tomo, instead of waiting till tuesday... i felt this was worth sharing...i think its amazing how much the vendors in the Z community help out the members and look out for the members (as well as enthusiasts helping out other enthusiasts)...the entire Z32 community is very special to be part of....thanks for reading
